The OG Sweat is where confidence meets intensity. Designed for clients who know the fundamentals and are ready to train harder, move faster, and lift heavier.
Expect layered progressions, dynamic combinations, and intentional load. From springs with added dumbbells to build strength, endurance, and control under fatigue. You’ll move with purpose, progress with confidence, and start to master more dynamic, flowing combinations on the reformer.
Your heart rate will rise. Your capacity will expand.

Sweat Storm is our most intense, high-performance class, built for experienced clients ready to push their limits.
Expect powerful, athletic combinations that challenge coordination, strength, and endurance simultaneously. External load is used to amplify the work, this is where strength training meets stamina.
Precision still matters—but the pace demands focus.
This is about results. You’re here to sweat.

OPENSweat Flow blends all class styles into one fluid, responsive session. Your trainer reads the room and builds the experience in real time, layering intensity up or down depending on the group.
Expect a mix of slow burn, strength work, and dynamic flow, with options to meet you where you’re at.
From lighter control-based work to heavier, more athletic sequences. You get to choose how far you go.
But don’t get too comfortable, you’re still in the Lab.

Start with Base Sweat.
We do things differently at SweatLab. The movements might feel familiar, but the intention and the way we train is not.
We use the reformer as equipment to building strength.
Base Sweat gives you the chance to learn our method, understand our language, and feel how we train.
Don’t underestimate this class, this is still a solid, strength focused session that will leave an impact on your body and your training.

We understand life happens!
However, due to the limited number of reformers, we ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 9 hours prior to your session to avoid being charged. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the session.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your session.
First time at the Lab please arrive at least 10 minutes early so we can introduce ourselves and get to know you before we start class. -
We do both! We offer flexible packs and memberships to suit different schedules.
This includes tailored packs for FIFO, shift workers and students. If this is you, send us a message!

If a class is full, you can join the waitlist via Mindbody. If a spot opens up, you’ll receive an automatic email or text confirmation. Please only join waitlists for times you can definitely attend, as you will auto booked in to class if making it off the waitlist.

Yes we sure do! Please bring your own towel.

We know things can happen, we have all been there. Unfortunately for your safety and the well being of the rest of class we can not accept any arrivals after 5min in to class. This may also include a late cancel charge and/or forfeit a class session.

Yes. If you can’t make your session, please cancel in advance so another member can take your spot.
Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee or result in a forfeited session, depending on your membership.

The Lab is a space for you to focus, train, and switch off.
At this stage, we’re unable to accommodate droplets in the studio or waiting area. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a focused training environment for everyone.
